Hi everyone. I'm 23 and from southern california. I've always been a big girl and the last few years I've been at my highest weight. Currently I'm pushing 300 pounds and I've realized how having such a large amount of excess weight has negatively effected my life. I haven't experienced many things that people my age generally experience and my weight is the reigning factor. I'd like to be in a healthy weight range at some point while I'm still considered young and able to enjoy the few remaining years of my youth. I'm going to be 24 next year and thinking that I may still be the same way I am now, then, completely destroys me.
My friend and I are looking for other exercises to implement into an interval type training routine and I think this site will be of some use. Hopefully I'll make some new friends and gain some life changing knowledge.
