Hello,
I'm 25 and currently on my way from 198 to 145 (175) now. I gained most of my weight POST pregnancy. My son was early and the first several months were stressful. I've always been around 145-150 (at one point I was 128!) Very active and healthy...since my son was born I have had the worst time finding any time for myself and believe it or not, any motivation!

Just looking for some people to help encourage and be encouraged by!
