You've done a great job - don't let the fact that you haven't lost any weight over the last two weeks slow down your efforts. As you said, you haven't gained any either, and that's a good thing.
You're so close to your goal, that it's no surprise the weight loss has slowed. Those last few pounds are the toughest go.
