I've been lurking around for a few months (I know, that's too long to lurk), and I had to join.
My husband started this whole weight loss thing last year at Christmas. Then February came around, and for Lent, we gave up eating out. I lost 10 pounds. From there it was small changes: giving up cokes, not eating late at night, cooking healthier. These small changes have snowballed into 48 pounds lost.
I want to keep going and keep losing and so here I am.
I can't wait to get to interact with y'all instead of just eavesdropping!
