Default Once Again, Hopefully for the Last Time
Hello everyone,
My name is River and I just turned 25 and still 230 lbs. I'm tired of disappointing myself and not going the distance having a million excuses. I do have a couple of awesome excuses not to take care of myself at the moment, probably better excuses than I've had for a long time. But NO! I'm doing this and I'm doing it right now.

Also I'm hoping for all your help and support as I don't have much of it from anywhere else.

I guess I sound a little pessimistic but I am definitely excited

good outlook! there are always good reasons NOT to do something, but if you can see past that and decide you're going to do it, you're already on the right track.

Onederchic I believe you cos I heard about this site from Jillian Michaels and if she says its a great site I had to check it out. And a huge congrats on your weight loss WOW

River...what a beautiful name. Although you are much younger than me I understand how you feel. It is so easy to make excuses, I often wonder why I do it.... I hope you find your support here, I just joined this week, because I felt like I need to connect with people who didn't know me but understood me.
