New - Looking for an Email penpal
Hey guys I'm Micah and I REALLY need to lose a lot of weight. I'm looking for a few people who I can email that can give me tips and can discuss general weight loss topics with me.
I guess my first question would be is it bad to boost a diet with something like a low-carb diet to start it out? Just until I see a bit of weight lost and start to feel better about myself =D
Also, alternative to running, what can I do in mornings for a workout? I live across the street from a park so basketball is an option.
Any tips on good dieting are appreciated =D
