Hey! I'm new here
Hey! I'm new here. I have checked it out before, but didn't join. To be honest, I feel a little awkward because I'm not currently overweight. I was overweight, but about 8 months ago I started Weight Watchers and I lost about 20 lbs. and got down to into my ideal weight range. (And just let me say... I'm only 5 feet tall, so my ideal weight range is difficult!) That's why I'm here... I've gotten slack and I've gained back about 6 lbs. I am not back to being overweight, but I'm very close to the top of the healthy weight range for my height, and I know if I don't make a change I'll be back to being overweight again soon. I'm hoping to get some encouragement to help me get back on track. I did it one time, so I know I can do it again, but I'm feeling frustrated! I hope this will help!
