Hello! I am new here. I want to get healthier for myself and for my future. I am 25 years old from Wisconsin. I am thinking of doing Weight Watchers, but not completely sure. I want to be able to walk and play with my niece without running out of breath or having my knees give out on me. I currently weigh somewhere around 325 lbs. I am borderline diabetic and will need a total knee replacement soon at the rate I am going. Any suggestions about Weight Watchers or anything else that I could do?
