S/C/G: starting weight- 195

Height: 5'

Unhappy new to here...

Hey everyone! im Sonja.i am almost 21 years old. im so glad i found this site, im really needing support!!!!
Im currently not on any diets, mostly because its almost impossible to stick to anything and alot of the "popular" diets are expensive as ****!!!
My current weight is 195 lbs, up from 165 around this time last year. im short, just 5 foot tall. my doctor jokes and calls me "short and compact", her way of saying i dont look nearly as much as i weight.

But my weight has recently just made me hit an all time low with my self asteem. my boyfriend says he loves the fact im bigger, that skinny girls are repulsive to him. that makes me feel good, but all of his friends think im fat, and as bad as it sounds, i do care what others think!

My goal weight is 145. i have no desire to be a stick. i just wanna be smaller and get down to my goal size of an 11 (currently a size 16/18)

I really have no means of exersizing, the house is too cramped to do anything inside, and we live in the middle of nowhere with no sidewalks and people drive horribly out here, which scares me to walk around. gym is out of the question, dont have the money!! the only exersize i really get is cleaning, doing laundry, walking to dog, and whenever me and the bf go to the park or go exploring caves and caverns.

IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO lose weight!!!

does anyone have any suggestions of cheap/free simple diets? please help!!!

thanks you! i look forward to making new friends with all of you!!!

Hi and welcome to 3FC!

Calorie counting is the eating plan I do and it's free.

You can walk in place or jog in place for exercise for free in your house as well.

Good luck with your goals.

Hugs
Michelle

www.sparkpeople.com is a website that allows you to track calories and fat, etc in the foods you eat and is a free website. Very helpful and easy to navigate. Give it a try.
