Default Hello, another newbie here
Hi everyone!
I stumbled across this site and feel like I found a goldmine! So many recipes, tips, kindred spirits. I'm 45 and currently weigh about 195ish, I REALLY want to weigh 140ish. I don't know if I'm being realistic but I would really like to reach my goal by the end of the year... what do you all think?????
At any rate I'm very excited to be here.

It sounds like we are starting in a similar situation / with similar goals. I'd love to hear your approach to weight loss and how it things are working out for you.
