Hi from Metro Memphis!

  • Hi all! I am new to this forum and really excited that I found it! On July 14, 2009, I started my journey to a new body. I have a tendency to want instant gratification so i am going about my overall goal in 5 pound increments.

    Myfood plan:

    1700 calorie diet (Either WW points or watching calories)
    I dropped all sodas and fast food.

    Exercise plan:
    7 days a week: 30 min of high intensity cardio ( in my fat HR zone)
    3 days per week: Circuit training
