Hello, I am somewhat new =)
I had a different username, but I cannot remember for the life of what me what it was, and I no longer use the e-mail address that I registered with.
Anyway, I have decided to join to make a FIRM commitment to lose weight. I plan on joining the Navy Nurse Corps in a year, but to do so, I need to lose weight and get myself into tip-top physical shape.
About me:
I am 5'3, 170lbs, and I wear a size 12.
A short-term goal as of now is 145lbs, but ultimately, I would like to get down to 125 lbs.
One of my biggest issues is my addiction to Mountain Dew, working midnights at the hospital (all I want to do is sleep and eat), and dining out on garbage fast food while at work. If any of you have advice on working midnights PLEASE let me know!
