Newbie saying hey!
 

Hi all,

I'm new here and thought I'd drop in and say hello. I'm a 33 year old Mom of one and I live in Michigan. I work a lot, read, watch movies and I'm going to be loosing some weight soon too! I've gained like 60 pounds over the last several years and I've loved every second of it....the chocolate, the pasta, the swiss rolls....but my love affair with food has reached the end of the road and I'm finding myself here hoping that I can receive and give the support that we all need.

Cristi, I am a major pasta lover! Just can't get enough, so I have to keep it away for now until I reach my goal weight.

There are tons of inspirational stories, and tons of information so start reading! :D

Thanks for the welcome....it looks like we have similiar weight loss goals. What is your plan for the weight loss? I'm just planning on walking and counting my calories. Going to keep it around 1200/day. Setting my alarm extra early tomorrow because I think that I'll have more energy....now just hoping that I'll be able to resist that snooze button! :)
