Well, that's my goal...to be fit in my 50's, 60's, etc...
I lived overseas where I rarely had processed food because I had a wonderful cook helping me. I was working out regularly
and had a nice job
. But when we relocated to the US we had to downsize our household, hence no help with my meals. I also started working 18 months after we moved here. In short I gained 40 pounds in 4 years
. I turned 50 last April and I am getting really worried that I'll gain more weight if I don't return to my old healthy habits for eating right and working out.
I will workout and be mindful of what I eat starting today! I am 50 years old, 5'3" and plan to get to 125 in 10 months.
Is this a realistic goal? I hope so. I'll only find out if I follow through and I hope I can get support from anyone out there.
