I'm new to 3 fat Chicks, today is my first day!
I'm 31 yr old girl that needs to lose 55Lb (min) I have been working out for 5 weeks nonstop, for 5 days a week. I'm really frustrated because I have gained 4Lb and 2 inches bigger. I’m turning to this web site in the means of getting some help. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it very much…thank you!
