Anyway, you may want to consider a more formal program, then just eliminating alcohol. Calorie counting is a great way to set limits and remain acountable. It's so easy to overspend calories and take in more food then we require - especially to create that all important calorie
deficit. I know "cutting back" and "only eating heatlhy" never worked for me. I needed something more to keep me on my toes. Tracking my calories was my answer. fitday.com and thedailyplate.com are a couple of web sites to get you going on that. You will find that once you start actually counting your calories you become more aware and more responsible with your food intake. It forces you to become educated and make more sensible choices.
