! Hi, jajoju9.

Well, you'll get alot of support here for sure. Don't let your family get you down, it's hard for me too sometimes when my family gets things. Show them who's boss! You can and will get healthier. Maybe try intuitive eating, and maybe start walking everyday for 20-30 minutes for a start 4 to 5 times a week. It might help if you get away from the food your family has, I know how that is, I'm the only one really serious about being healthier. But you need some support from them too.

Just try to eat good: protien like chicken and fish, veggies, and not too much fruit, and eat carbs in the morning for your metabilism. Drink lots of water, and watch portions. Try eating organic things that you like, and DO eat when your hungry, and let yourself have alittle something from time to time, and don't beat yourself up when you fall of the wagen.

Hope that helps alittle. Look around, you'll find alot more, even though you've been here. There are threads that can really support and answer your questions.

and welcome.

I love the Biggest Loser workout DVDs and i'm able to do them at home or traveling. I'm also doing Weight Watchers and having some success on it. Good luck!
