I am 34 years old and have been really overweight since my first and only pregnancy. My first and only pregnancy was my ticket to eat, or at least I thought so...that was 13 years ago. Now somehow, someone has shown me how to eat by following weight watchers. I started august 2008 and managed to say goodbye to 77 pounds. May 2009, my birthday, my boyfriend's birthday and family get togethers, once again my tickets to eat. I fell off the wagon hard. This past week, a greater power helped me out again. I quickly found myself going the wrong direction 232 and 3 days ago I weighed at 249. With the support of my boyfriend and daughter I hopped on the weight watchers wagon again, succesfully. My dilemma-- I broke down to my family about what food means to me. I don't want to do that again. My food battle, is just that, my food battle.
