Hi! It's me!!!
I've been lurking here for a couple years now...reading this...perusing that...chuckling at some things and hurting for others. I figured I'd used y'all for long enough...it was time to join and get involved.
I'm Connie...and I'm a writer with 3 books published. I'm 53 and weigh about 160 at 5'6". I need to lose about 20 pounds...and get my cholesterol, which came in at 295, under control. I run between 15 and 20miles a week. I also bike about 40 miles a week...and I CAN'T lose this extra weight.
So...I'm hoping to find some answers here from those who have succeeded or are succeeding in your weight loss goals.
Anyway...that's me.
