Hi my name is Emily, and I am so over being overweight. I’m 21 and have so much to do with my life; I am not going to let this extra 100 LBs hold me back any longer . I’ve been chugging along with WW for the past couple of months and have had some success with starting to change my diet and how I eat, however I’ve noticed myself starting to fall back into old habits and I am determined not to let that happen again. Today I’ve decided to get re-motivated to lose this weight, I don’t care how long or how much effort it takes.
I’m currently 5’7 and weight 238. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and be at 140 sometime within the next two years (ish). Thank you all for being here, and I’m really looking forward to being apart of this online community.
