Hello!
Hi! My name is Kathy and I have been lurking for the last few weeks and finally decided to join.
I have lost 80 pounds so far, pretty much on my own. The first 50 were due to depression, I just couldn't eat. After people started commenting on my lose, I decided to start eating healthy and exercising. I watch what I eat and walk at least 2 hours everyday and do a yoga dvd 3x a week. I eat a ton of veggies on a daily basis, thank goodness everything is fresh now, I just love fresh veggies.
I still haven't decided on a goal weight, I guess when I get comfortable with myself I'll stop.
Many of you have inspired me and I look forward to getting to know you.
