I am starting my weight loss journey all over again. I first started in November and lost about 20lbs over the course 6 or 7 months running and trying to eat right. Then I stopped losing and actually started gaining. I got so discouraged that I gave up. I gained 10 of the pounds back (don't you love how it takes 6 months to lose it but just a couple weeks to gain it back? arggh!
) but I'm finally in the right mindset to stick with it all the way this time. I'm working with a nutritionist and reading the stories posted here have been SOOO inspiring. It's difficult because I never gave much thought to what I ate and easily maintained 120-125 and then all of a sudden I started gaining uncontrollably and balloned to 238! I'm down to 227, but I still have a long way to go to get back down to at least 130. Wish me luck!
