Thought I broke my new scale :-0
Just joined the forum, hoping to get some motivation & learn some things from those of you who are here & have already lost some weight. I basically have gained weight steadily for 6 years, since my last baby was born.
I know my blood sugar is too high, but don't want to have diabetes diagnosed. I know I have to lose weight - this is the most I've ever weighed, or ever want to weigh. I cannot do it by myself, & I don't think the WW meetings are for me - I was on an on-line weightloss forum before my 3rd baby, & it was effective for me, I'm hoping this is the same.
I hope to be able to encourage others out there too, I know it's a huge place, but I hope to get to know some of you.
