Hi I am new to 3fc. Like so many of you, I am stressed and busy. Running around like a maniac, some days don't eat much, and still heavy and sluggish. I know I burnt out my system and now need to kick my metabolism in the old butt! I am 170 lb-ish and goal is 130. I am finishing up a crazy job at the end of July. There is too much stress in my life now - live with aging mother and raising a 10 year old. No time like the present, so I want to start fat smash tomorrow. I really need the results that I hope will prove to motivate and keep me focused in the midst of this craziness. Then.... in 4 weeks I will be moving to the coast to start a new life with my daughter. I am excited!
....don't get me wrong - I'm not planning on losing 40 lbs in 4 weeks. That would be crazy!!! Maybe 15 or so for a good start after 1 month?
