I'm new to this site. Thought I'd share my excitement.
I am finally determined to get this weight OFF! I'm tired of being tired, hurting physically, and looking like crap! I'm starting the Sonoma diet today. I'm focusing on what things to eat and not to eat. I went shopping for groceries yesterday after cleaning out my fridge. It is FULL of healthy food now! It looks so pretty in there.
The recipes I got off of here for Wave 1 look like what a gourmet restaurant would serve. I hope to present it to my family in a way that would make them want to eat it. This is a big change for all of us..even the picky lil ones.
My goal is to lose 75lbs. My way of thinking: I don't want to lose anymore then that. And as long as I'm doing what I'm suppose to, pounds don't matter anyways.
