Best wishes to you on finding a plan that works for you. There are many different forums.

I highly recommend posting daily. It is a great way to keep in touch with others working at similar goals and personally, it gives me something else to do when I feel in the self destruct eat everything mode.

I lost most of my weight on my own. I find it is much easier here in the company of friends.
