I decided to join this blog when I stepped on my Wii Fit and my avatar expanded in size… I am 20, 5′3″ tall and 160 lbs. I have never been happy with my weight but i just recently gained ten pounds because I went from an active job to a desk job. I am back in retail merchandising now which is a physically demanding job but the weight isn’t falling off like I had hoped… actually I am still gaining. At one point I took three pregnancy tests because I had convinced myself that that was the only explanation for my weight gain. I finally have decided that I need to take control before I keep putting it off and it gets out of hand....
