New - trying to lose the last 10.
I have been trying to lose the last 10 for over 2 years now. I'll lose 6 and then gain 8 back. Then I'll lose 8 and gain 10 back, etc. etc. I'm sure you all know the drill.
Sometimes I think I'll just stop trying to lose the last 10 and just be happy with where I'm at. But I know that is just laziness talking because I know if I ate better and just tried to walk a bit more, I could lose it. I just don't WANT to give up my junk and sometimes I just don't WANT to walk. lol.
But I know I'll feel better in so many ways if I just do it.
So although I am a "featherweight", I have a feeling I'll be here a while!
Oh, I'm Kay, by the way. lol.
I'm 31.
5'0 and I weigh 123 at the moment.
