Default Here I Am Again!
Hello All!

I participated on this site about 5 years ago and found such wonderful love and support. I maintained a healthy weight for a few years, but we just had 2 babies in less than 3 years and I am back out of shape again.

I feel good knowing that last time I learned some healthy eating habits that I never had before. I also learned to like exercise - which is such a blessing!

Our new baby is 6 weeks old today. I have been nursing and plan to continue - so I am constantly fighting off the Hungry Monster. I'm exercising when I'm not to exhausted (just walking right now). Baby Cameron has started sleeping in longer stretches (4-5 hours) so things are looking up!

I know this will be slow. Grrr...I'm really disappointed in myself that I have come to this point again. BUT - I have to start moving forward and not look back.
