Hey ya'll! I am new to the site and I am very exciting at finally motivating myself and strengthening my will power again. I am on day three of the Fat Smash Diet and so far so good. It was difficult the first day, yesterday was a little better as well as today. I joined this site because I want to stay motivated, get new ideas on receipes and workouts and meet awesome and motivated people like many of you.

A little about me:
I'm turning 27 this year.
Getting married next year
I weight 295 and I am 5'5.
I have PCOS which sucks, but I've managed to maintain it for the last couple of years.
I am a Christian.

Thank you to everyone for their warm welcomes!! Today hasnt been to difficult as the first couple of days and its weird, mom said I look like a lost some weight already.. so that made me feel good.. probably water weight that I was carring around.

For Cheeky:
We are looking to get married in March 2010. Hope I can lose some weight before then. Its weird cause I first that wasnt even motivating me and that is so sad, but now that its getting closer, and everything was starting to bother me, I said, this is it. I have to do it... and then by the grace of God I discovered the Fat Smash diet, which I am enjoying very much
