I have lost nearly 20 pounds by watching my calories and fat. I was motivated to finally take off some weight by missing or avoiding activities with my family. I have lots of weight to lose, 70 lbs more. I haven't been exercising which I know I need to incorporate into my healthy living plan.
Right now I seem to be stuck at my current weight.
I have been real good about my eating habits so I don't know. I need to exercise! I am excited about finding this board and having a support system!


on your loss so far. I found that exercise was hard for me too. I just kept trying different things until I found what worked for me. I like my Wii and DVDs and walking.
