I'm Kelsey. I'm 21 years old and needing motivation to finally get healthy. I would say I'm about thirty to thirty-five lbs overweight. I'm engaged and really want to look nice on my wedding day. I have lost weight before, but put it back on after my weightloss buddy moved away. So now I feel like I can't do it without some type of motivation from someone. My fiance isn't much help, he loves his junk food and insists I don't need to lose anything. Anyways, it's just hard doing it while working and living with someone who buys tempting junk food. How do I get the ball rolling here? Working out isn't a big deal, but the food is the part I need help with!

Hi Kelsey! I'm glad that you came to 3FC! This is such a wonderful place for weight loss support! We both had 30 pounds to lose, and so far I've lost 27 of it by exercising and counting calories. I couldn't have done it without the support of the chicks of 3FC!!! Good luck with your weight loss journey! I'm sure you'll look lovely on your wedding day!
Glad to have you here, there are tons of ppl on the board that are dealing with exactly the same issues of hubbies and BF and mothers, etc who bring in things that they shouldn't be eating so hopefully they will have some advice to help you out on that front.
