Hey everybody,
Just wanted to introduce myself you. I'm very excited about finding this forum. I started out at 320 lbs., presently at 316 lb, and my 1st goal is 275 lbs. Someday, I look forward to being at least 200. I'm choosing to set smaller, more realistic goals for myself. When I've accomplished one goal, then it'll be time to set another.
I'm hoping to find someone that can not just be an encouragement to me during the good times, but also strongly suggest to get back on board, if I slip up.
I look forward to getting to know many of you.
