I am new to this computer posting and blogging and forums and such. So not new to dieting and being overweight. I am a stay at home mom with 3 children. We currently live in Tokyo. I came across this site while searching for info on the Fullbar program. I found a lot of good info on it and a lot of other things. It seems like a good support system going on here. I have tried lots of different otc pills, drinks, powders,cleansers etc. I have never tried Jenny Craig or any of the like. Just seems to be impossible to do with a family to feed. I like to exercise but I seem to lose steam after a couple of weeks. I have a goal to run a 5K in October. I think I am going to try to do something different everyday. The gym, walking,my home machine,group exercise, home video, etc. Then maybe I won't get so bored. I am just tired of being overweight and out of energy. I am ready to be adventurous and active and confident. Watch out!
