Hi Ya'll,
I just moved from the southeast coast to the west coast - USA and see this as a golden opportunity to start new healthy habits with my new life. I have never been "fit" or even in shape for that matter. I'm 24 and have struggled with my weight my entire life (runs in the family) I've been 170 and I've been 120 (sadly, anorexia got me there) and right now I'm around 155, which isn't bad but I have no muscle, I get tired super easily, and I'm ready to actually LIVE my life.
So here I am, ready to start this adventure of getting in shape, lose about 15 lbs and become the person I never thought I could be.
