Hi My name is Stephanie. I'm 35 to be 36 next month. My weight is a problem for me with engery, mentally, emotionally, and physcially. It makes it extreamly difficult to enjoy the sport of horses that I need so much in my life. I'm am about to set myself a goal to lose weight. I have failed on many many occassions so I don't get much support. I have a general idea of how I want to start to work myself into it so It's not such a shock and I go into panic attacks like I do evertime I try to diet. I have a stretch goal of losing 130lbs, with an actual goal of 100lbs. I currently weight 263lbs. (I"m an over achiever need that strech goal to shoot for lol) I would like to accomplish this in the next year to 16 months. I hope to be able to offer support as well and maybe get some from time to time as well as some ideas on how to find the right foods to eat.
