Hello everyone! I've been lurking around these forums, reading this and that, just trying to get motivated enough to get my large butt in gear and start eating healthier and exercising. I think I finally did it
Today was a good start. I kicked my own arse at the gym and have been reading Jillian Michael's 'master your metabolism' to get my nutrition balanced. I really have no idea which forum I would most fit in to so I'm probably going to just keep browsing around and posting any replys I might come up with....
Oh and question: Where can I get me one of them nifty little goal timeline/ticker thingies?
