New and ready to change!
Hi all,
I have been overweight for most of my life. My weightloss journey started in highschool. I had such horrible back pain at 17 that I was sent to a spine doctor and they found out that my weight and dislike of drinking water had caused my L4-L5 vertebrae to become arthritic. I was put on pain pills so I could go to Germany. I was about 240 lbs graduating highschool. Over the three week graduation trip to Germany I ate so much clean food and climbed so many hills and mountains that I lost almost 30 lbs. I remained at 213 for about a year before I started dieting seriously the first time and managed to get down to 175, but the holidays got me off track and I didn't have the motivation to get back on plan.
I am currently at 203 and ready to go all the way. My goal weight is 135, I want to be there by Christmas. Good luck to everyone on their weightloss journeys.
