Default New to the forum
Hello-

My name is Jeanine and I am new to the Forum. I am almost through my second week of South Beach and have found all of the information, support, and progress pics very effective at keeping me motivated. I just wanted to say hello and thank you!

Welcome! Congrats on your progress so far!
If I can do it you can do it. There are lots of great forums and wonderful support here. I check in every morning and get my day started off right.

Oh, I didn't mention I am new here, too. I just finished my 2 weeks on P1, and am slowly working into P2. I am dropping weight and feeling good, too.
