I can honestly say that I'd not want to have a body like Emma's. Being male, I just don't think it would be a good look for me.

It sounds like you've got a decent plan, emma. From my perspective, and I'm not expert, I think your plan should be "eat 1200-1500 calories per day". Once you've got a handle on that, then the plan is "eat 1200-1500 calories per day and walk every day for an hour". Trying to do too much might get to feel overwhelming. Either way. Best of luck.
