Hello! My workout buddy and I were researching a protein shake on google and came upon a forum in here and we thought it would be a great support system for us!

I'm currently down 18 lbs, 5% body fat, and 8-1/2" since February through working out and portion control. I am very fortunate to have a dietician, trainer and free gym membership at no expense due to my fiance's employer who is a very big proponent of fitness and I started to take advantage of the programs! Regardless of these resources I find that I still need moral support and new ideas to keep my motivation so that's what I hope to get from this site. I look forward to meeting you all and hearing your ideas and success stories to keep me on track!!
