What were you planning on doing to lose the weight? Do you have any programs or anything? I have a few if you want to share.
I've heard that stat, maybe 21 will be my lucky number

In order to loose weight I know my eating habits have to change drastically. My husband and I never got out of the habit of eating out (from our dating period) and we've both packed on the pounds fast due to our unhealthy diet. I've done South Beach before but the recipes were too bland for my taste (at least the ones I wasn't too intimidated to try!). Recently I bought a Sonoma Diet book on clearance and it's all about a healthy balance, very similar to SB, but the Mediterranean style of cooking really appeals to my taste buds and I'm loving the few recipes I've tried.
As far as exercise goes, I do have a gym membership and when I first got it went for 3 weeks straight, 3 times a week...but then I just stopped. Laziness I guess, combined with no real weight loss. But, the more I thought about it I hadn't changed my diet and three weeks is not a lot of time to see major results. So, I decided that the next time I do this, I'm gonna have to jump in full force, diet AND exercise, not just one or the other. I'm a school teacher so my summer is swiftly approaching and I'm really excited to have this summer be MY time.
