The above name is NOT my present condition but I hope it will be in a year or two. I stumbled across this website and thought I'd give this try. I seem to have difficulty in sticking with any food restrictions that last longer than a week. I hope this will help me keep things in perspective that this is going to take time and I need to remain consistent with my healthy food intake. I spent half the night watching programs about the super obese in society and it definitely gave me a wake up call as I am forever telling myself I just can't get any bigger (but I do) and that I must be maxed out on my size.
Well I hope this is the start of the end of the weight gaining.
