Hi my name is Kimberly. I am 22 years old. I live in Morgan Hill, Ca. My best friend is getting married in september and I need to lose at least 20 pounds to fit in my brides maid dress to look nice. I really need help to stay motivated. Please Help me!!!!

Do you have that dress already

well even if you don't,
stick a photo of the dress on you fridg, on your bathroom mirror, in your car
(so you can look at it before you go through the fast food window)

Hello and
I am newer and LOVE this place. It took some searching to find some threads that I really identified with so put some time in. I am also trying to lose about 25 by september. How were you planning on losing? I'm using some exercise videos. Again, welcome!
