
I am 24 years old (almost 25) and I have been mildly overweight for most of my life, and slowly gaining as time goes by. Right now I am the biggest I have ever been (5'9", 185 lbs, US size 14) and I realized that if I didn't make a lifestyle change, the gradual weight gain would continue.
I got married about a year ago and my husband is amazing! I have started using the Weight Watchers diet (but not going to meetings- I don't want to pay the $25 a month!) and exercising regularly. My husband goes jogging with me in the mornings and helps me plan my meals every day. If not for him, I probably would have quit in the first 3 hours, but now it's been 5 days and I am still going strong.
I'm very happy to be here and I hope to both find support for myself and offer support to others during their weight loss journeys.
