I quit smoking and had a pregnancy late in life and gained lots of weight....I cant ignore it anymore as Im starting to show signs of Diabetes. Im embarrased and sad that I let my eating get so out of control. I have been consuming at least 3500 calories per day. High fat/carbs...so Im glad that Im hear and can do something about it...Any support is greatly appreciated
