Hi everyone,
Today is the beginning of yet another attempt at taking off weight. I have been a lurker on these boards off and on for quit some time. I decided to finally join, because I need all the encouragement that I can get. I do have a lot of weight to loose. I weighed in today at 285 lbs.
I have become very sendentary during the past 2 years, so my excercise will come about slowly. I took a 15 min. walk today and plan on another 15 min. tonight. My back was giving me a bit of pain so I had to stop and stretch. I was probably using muscles that have been dormant for a while.
I have to concentrate on drinking more water, and as I sit her typing I am sipping away at my 16 oz. glass.
Please wish me luck, I can use all I can get.
