I second atmos! I have a $5 pink 32oz water bottle that I carry with me everywhere. I try to drink one in the morning before I do anything else and then nurse the second.
Also, I've been loving the prepackaged fresh vegetables at the supermarket that are designed to be thrown in the microwave. I think they're usually four servings each (I have four people in my house too, and three of us struggle with weight--the fourth is a little peanut, but we still love her
). We usually have green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and asparagus. I also like to take them out of the bag and roast them. This is especially true of brussel sprouts, which are amazing when roasted!
