Exclamation FAT in Atlanta!

Hello!

I'm depressed and so overweight living in Atlanta with my FAT husband and 2 kids.

Before I met my current husband, I weighed 145, which was 4 years ago. Now I weigh over 180 and I'm only 4'11.5". My husband is over 300lbs and I really don't think it bothers him. The attitude he has, has rubbed off on me and now I need to get it together.

I have NEVER been this big before and I cannot seem to get back on track.

My main problems are:
not drinking enough water
not having prepared meals or prepared ingredients(Healthy)
not getting out the house for a little exercise
Run my own business and haven't made a schedule for myself

Yes, welcome!

For drinking water, I recommend getting a 32oz/1 liter bottle (I love my Camelbak one) and keep it around you at all times. Meal time, at your desk, in your car, etc. See how often you reach for it, and try to drink two of the bottles a day. I live in a dry climate so water isn't a problem for me typically, but having my liter bottle around helps a lot.

I second atmos! I have a $5 pink 32oz water bottle that I carry with me everywhere. I try to drink one in the morning before I do anything else and then nurse the second.

Also, I've been loving the prepackaged fresh vegetables at the supermarket that are designed to be thrown in the microwave. I think they're usually four servings each (I have four people in my house too, and three of us struggle with weight--the fourth is a little peanut, but we still love her ). We usually have green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and asparagus. I also like to take them out of the bag and roast them. This is especially true of brussel sprouts, which are amazing when roasted!

Best wishes!
