Hi, I've taken 3 months out of my business to kick start a much healthier lifestyle. I have Hypothyroidism which makes exercise hard but I generally do have the sort of discipline required to follow the Leptin Diet, is there anyone here who also follows this diet?
I have 82 kilos (180lb) to lose and hope I can do this in about 18 months. I have a recumbent cycle, a weights bench and other small fitness equipment and live close to a pool so water aerobics, which I like, is possible.
I'd be happy to hear from anyone with advice for me or if you have a similar amount of weight to lose. I have my thyroid issues generally under control at present and I take lots of approriate vitamins such as Omega3s, multi vit, Bs etc.
I have cleared my schedule and plan to build up to several hours of exercise a day. I am trying to be strict about meal times and no snacks which is required under the Leptin Diet and I keep a food diary on Calorie King.
