Thanks for your replies. Yes, 10 pounds was a great start. 90 more pounds to go. I try to walk about 5 km's per day. I also play baseball and jump on the trampoline. The trampoline is the most work I think. A good 20 minutes of jumping sure does a lot. Has anyone else experienced success having several small healthy meals/snacks every 3-4 hours?
Oh, and I found I've become too obsessive with the scale. So I will weigh in once a week.
